Inmarsat has now released details of their exciting new satellite airtime cap plans and Shared Corporate Allowance Packages or SCAP's as they are known.  Below is an outline of the plans and more data will be released shortly.

FREE Handset Plan (Post Paid - 24 Month Minimum Contract)

Isatphone Pro Allowance Plan - $109.09 AUD Per Month includes 100 Minutes Allowance to Fixed, Cell/Mobile, Voicemail, GSPS, SPS, BGAN, FleetBroadband or SwiftBroadband

FREE Handset Group Plan (Post Paid - 24 Month Minimum Contract)

Isatphone Pro Allowance SCAP Plan - Includes Free Handset Per SIM Activated

(Up to 5 SIMS) Monthly Subscription & Allowance - $359 (AUD)

(Up to 10 SIMS) Monthly Subscription & Allowance - $719 (AUD)

(Up to 25 SIMS) Monthly Subscription & Allowance - $1,799 (AUD)

(Up to 50 SIMS) Monthly Subscription & Allowance - $3,599 (AUD)

Basically this plan works that you pay the monthly subscription and activate the SIMS to the maximum per plan as required and receive a free Isatphone Pro for each SIM activated within the plan.  You can be on the 5 SIM plan and only have 2 phones, which will entitle the phones to recieve the monthly allowance of $359 worth of calls. 

Once you exceed calls over this amount you are billed in accordance with the "Run On" setup of the plan.  These rates are not a penalty but actually cheaper than the "In SCAP Plan" rates to encourage useage without the stress of increased cost.  More like a higher discount for higher usage.  Very smart by Inmarsat.
