MGLSAT hits the "Top End" with a new location in Darwin being established.  David Lucas (Northern Territory Manager) said that its an exciting time for the company as we postion ourselves in a region long overdue for support in Satellite Communications.  Previously only Telstra has really offered satellite solutions to Territorians, but with this expansion by MGLSAT, a more affordable option is now available.  

MGLSAT has been providing sat comms to NT Police and Military Personnel for the past few years (Even the NT's top Cop is susing an MGLSAT satellite handset!!) and the growth of the requirement in the top end has been a real catalyst in our coprporate decision to locate an office in Darwin, said the Manager for Government Aerospace and Defence, Darren Maggs.  Having had experience operating as a Special Forces Soldier in Arnhem land and beyond with Norforce (Tindal) based staff, its easy to see why the NT is a unique communications challenged area, he said.
